Garrand allegedly turned his Jeep around, then followed the man and his family, which included his significant other and three daughters,” the site detailed from the court report.
At the intersection, Garrand escaped his vehicle and the men began fighting with each other, police said during a public interview.
“The two adult males wound up getting out of their vehicles and continued with this battle in the intersection,” said Phoenix Police Sgt. Brian Thicket.
“One man grabbed a blade and stabbed the other on different occasions.”
The unidentified driver got back to his vehicle and began to drive away when Garrand allegedly grabbed a firearm from the passenger side of his vehicle and terminated at the sedan.

“While driving away from the scene, the adult male who was stabbed on different occasions, brandishes a handgun and starts firing at the vehicle as he’s leaving the area,” Grove said.
“The projectiles wound up striking the vehicle, and it also struck a 8-year-old adolescent female in the vehicle.”
Cassidy Moreno was struck by a slug and taken to the hospital in critical condition where she later died from her injuries.
Presently, her family is attempting to raise money for the young lady’s funeral on GoFundMe.
“I’m starting a fundraiser for my sister Michelle Hernandez and her little family because they were casualties to a road rage incident on their way home from their daughters award ceremony in which Carlos (dad) and their most youthful daughter Cassidy (my niece) endured injuries,” Cassidy’s aunt composed on the site.
“Unfortunately my niece surrendered to her injury on Saturday 10/29/22 at 12:00 noon.” After Garrand was treated for his injuries, he was arrested for murder and booked at Maricopa Province Jail, WSAZ detailed. It was unclear whether he has entered a plea or obtained an attorney who can speak on his behalf.
